This eBook is geared towards using the method for contraception, but the principles can very easily be applied to conceive a pregnancy as well.It is my deepest belief that this wisdom should be passed down to our daughters, empowering them to deeply know their own bodies, to understand their cyclical rhythms and to stay connected to their cycles without ever disrupting them with synthetic hormones.
